A. You must be 15 years or older to create a request for Expat Dinners

B. It is illegal to enter a false (another's) e-mail address, telephone number or other personal information. Expat in Denmark subject to the 'Law on the processing of personal data'. In cases of harassment, this will be reported to the police with the IP address and time of creation.

C. You may not impersonate any other person or entity.

D. Expat in Denmark is very aware that all participants in Expat Dinners will be able to feel safe, comfortable, and happy at our event(s). Therefore, we encourage everyone to report any kind of approach they feel is intended to violate our terms.

E. Expat in Denmark cannot guarantee a match, nor can we guarantee a specific or perfect match between individuals or families.

F. Expat in Denmark has no financial obligations in Expat Dinners, has no influence on restaurant rebates or other offers, and offers no kind of reimbursement for any aspect of Expat Dinners, including food, beverages, transport and gifts.

G. Expat in Denmark cannot guarantee a particular menu or cuisine, and takes no responsibility for any allergic reactions, food poisoning or other illnesses, accidents, and complaints that may arise from an Expat Dinner.

F. Expat in Denmark will not become involved in any domestic or private disputes between Members and does not provide any arbitration or settlement services should a dispute arise between Members.

H. You alone are responsible for ensuring that your interaction with other Members is lawful. Expat in Denmark advises you that there may be a small risk of dealing with another particpant acting under false pretences.

I. Expat in Denmark cannot control what happens between Members once they decide to meet in person. However, should you encounter behaviour that may be deemed harmful to other Members you are requested to contact Expat in Denmark with full details at info@expatindenmark.com with as much detail as possible. All complaints are treated in confidence.

J. If you need to report an attack, a missing person, or if you feel that your safety is at immediate risk, we advise you to contact the police immediately.
